• Honda petrol-engined pressure washers connected to 30 metre long extension hoses and turbo nozzles blast your roof tiles clean of grime, moss, algae and lichens.

• Now we perform any maintenance that's required. We often replace missing tiles, re-seat loose ones and re-attach ridge and crest tiles where the mortar has eroded.

• Two coats of Smartseal™ Roof Sealer or Roof Coating are then sprayed on to the tiles to give long-term protection against the grime and fungal growths re-occuring. They also give the tiles self-cleaning properties in that grime and fungi will struggle to get a foothold on the surface and any that do are washed away by precipitation.
